Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Non-Returnable Items

Based on our product categories, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Toiletry Bags: Due to hygiene reasons, toiletry bags cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.
  • Pack Covers: Pack covers that have been used or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the RAN to the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchange Process

If you are exchanging an item, we will ship the replacement item once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
